Surely one of the most incompetent companies who cannot get payment, and policy instructions understood. they send continued demands for payment, can't udnerstand suspension terms and just don't seem to understand english.

I was transitioning from onepath to a more practical and cheaper insurance policy back in January. The staff at the time (let’s call her Rebecca) told me the wrong email stating it letter by letter to me. During February, onepath sent me an email stating that my premium will increase by 10 dollars without cancelling my policy from 65 to 75 approx. I have escalated to the customer care/ complaints team that the cancellation had not been processed. What’s going on? Frustration commenced here. I have done all the steps the Rebecca told me to follow through. On the day I was clarifying I have been sent through to the another staff (let’s call him Bob) who is a good friend of Rebecca( he says), who manages in cancelling policies. He has harassed me over the phone stating that I have done wrong by typing in the wrong email when I told him Rebecca was the one who spelt the email letter by letter. I have told him off for being unprofessional portrayed by his defensiveness and inability to understand the nature of customer care. He threatened me that I have been recorded when I did not even raise my voice and when I only stated my points of his rudeness towards me. Furthermore, I had the worst experience with onepath in the midst of waiting for the refund. Their failure to refund after the promised ten business day wait and their inability to provide voice recorded evidence that I have made the fault of misspelling the email has baffled me how low class this company is. Just to make things clear to those reading my review, they only refunded me after I have escalated to fair trading. If you are having the same problem as myself, I suggest that you go straight to contacting NSW fair trading ASAP. I hope ANZ stops degrading themselves with this inefficient, unprofessional insurance . Disgusting. It’s already May and they only refunded after five months of hell.

!!SCAMMER ALERT!!nnCancelled my policy on the 12th of January, they conitnued to take direct debits from my account till April 3rd. contacted customer service on the 8th of April. today is the 20th of April and i still havent recieved funds that were taken without consent, over $1000.nni dont really have words for the poor excuse for customer services experienced. Onepath i would consider very scammerise to deal with

I put a claim in for my disability insurance a couple of years ago through my Super fund HostPlus to OnePath and I'm starting to get sick and tired of waiting for answers an I'm entitled to my disability insurance. From James Crack. Herberton QLD 4887.
