If I could give zero stars I would. Travstar.com would not give me a full refund from our tickets as we were unable to attend due to the covid-19 outbreak.

From suggestions on booking to facilitating the adventures and then organising refunds, Kim Marsden and Travstar were totally professional and personal. Many companies can do the bookings but these people care and attend to detail

Called this morning to book half day trip to Fitzroy island for my family, was told that no booking is needed and we just need to come straight to the ferry. When we arrived, we were told they were fully booked and were very surprised someone could suggest to show up without booking. It was quite disappointing to say the least, especially for my 2-year old, who was so excited about the trip.
