Michael was really nice and helpful. Gave me good advices. I ended up booking a diving tour in Port Douglas (really nice day and free shuttle from Cairns if booked from here), the Greyhound pass (helped me booking the first trip and gave me advices on where to stop) and a 2days cruise in Whitsundays with cheaper price (not done yet so can’t give a review). I really thank you for your time and help!

Geoff helped my husband and I book a last minute dive trip. He was very helpful, gave us a lot of tips, and spent a lot of time with us. Highly recommend this as a first stop when you get to Cairns!

All staff were friendly, funny and inviting. Joel had amazing knowledge of all trips. Considering I only went in to ask about greyhound prices, he’d quickly planned my whole east coast trip with no pressure to book AT ALL! He listened to what sort of excursions I wanted to do and where in particular I wanted to visit and we discussed it all at length which I liked because there was no rehearsed, pushy sales pitch. I told Joel it was my birthday during the trip and he planned it so I was on the Clipper for then and informed the company it was my birthday too. He did a ‘budget’ of the whole trip too to ensure I knew how long to travel and how much money I would need. I felt I got a good value for money too as I ended up with some free add ons and deals. Would definitely go threw this shop again if I wanted to do more travelling from Cairns. 100% recommend! Thanks so much Joel!

Joel absolutely made my trip, I would not have had such an amazing time in Australia if it weren't for him; I cannot say enough good things about Joel! Firstly, I am incredibly indecisive, and secondly, I had absolutely no plans when I flew up to Cairns. I stumbled into the visitor center with 100 million random things I wanted to do, a tight budget, and not a clue where to even begin. Joel actually took the time to learn more about me, to figure out my interests in order to have the perfect vacation. He helped me plan all these amazing excursions, helped me save money, and made himself available to help me out whenever I needed it. I cannot emphasize how patient and professional he was with me. Joel made this trip super easy for me as well. He set everything up for me, making it incredibly easy and hassle free- all I had to do was show up and everything was good to go! 10/10 would send anyone I know to Joel to guarantee an awesome vacation. Thank you!

I simply agree with all these positive reviews. My expectations have not been deluded. Joel planned my tours but Alexis was there as well, so I ve been lucky enough that nobody was around that early in the morning so I had both of them sharing experiences and giving their personal and professional opinions and advices. They are nice, helpful and very knowledgeable, they know what they are selling, they have experienced most of these tour by themselves so they know what they are talking about, and you can tell from the first minute. As you can tell that the care about giving you the best experiences for you, that suits you the most. They did a great job with me so I definitely recommend!!
