Best travel agency. Ben helped us to find the best deal for our great barrier reef tour. Ben asked us what our priorities are and explained everything in detail. He really gave us his honest opinions and found the best offer for us. The tour we chose was absolutely amazing and according to an aussie friend who had done a few boat tours, the tour Ben recommended was the best one. Thanks so much for the recommendation. Would always go back.

We had an amazing experience with happy travels Cairns. The staff was super friendly and helpful, suggested us packages and tours which suited our requirements. Also helped us book the tours in a reasonable price. Ps: don't forget to ask for freebies ( coupons ) after your booking.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A bit pushy for my taste, though. I booked two one-day tours with them. They wanted me to do 2 weeks with them and spend an incredibly amount of money :). Go to them to get advice and maybe purchase a few day tours but what they´ll offer you is definitely on the expensive side. Check directly with the companies for more expensive tours so you´ll get a better rate.

I popped into this store without a clue of where to start, or what trips were best for me and other things I was unsure of. I’m happy to say that Kameron who was in store at the time, has definitely made my backpacking trip one to remember with the trips that were booked! All the trips/tours he recommended were incredible and everything was sorted and discussed with me in store. I went by a schedule which we both decided on which tied everything together. All the trip info was printed off for me to take away and use for when I needed it. Really helpful guy :)
