We booked day tours to Great Barrier Reef and Kuranda Rainforest through Cairns Tour Master before our trip to Australia. Stefanie was very professional and friendly. She was always available for any questions we had during and after the booking. She even recommended restaurants to us during our stay in Cairns. The prices for the day tours were very good and the services were perfect. I would highly recommend Cairns Tour Master to anyone who plans to visit Cairns.

Pass by the agency and decided to sign up for some day tours after comparing a few of them. Excellent service and despite some last minute changes, the CS put in effort to ensure we get what we want. Bilingual service available and was surprise that they did check on us after the trip to see if we enjoy. I was afraid to join something dodgy but whatever the customer service recommended is amazing! This marks one of our highlight of our holiday!

A dependable company/staff. Stephanie had helped us a lot in the planning of the trip and making sure it executed to the best. Her recommendations were all turned out to be memorable experience. She is nice and organised and, despite the first time visiting Cairns/GC for ppl coming from HK, not fluent in English, but still be able to enjoy the trip much. Three things to call out: 1. She came in person to guide us through the Green Island visit; 2. Recommended Mr. Soy Boy the Asian Cuisine Restaurant which is fantastic – I am happy to recommend it to all Asian visiting Cairns; 3. Flexible to accommodate any last minute change of mind as far as possible. I would highly recommend the company/Stephanie for organizing your visit in Cairns/GC.
