My wife spoke to Mike Seck about a cruise and he gave her the travel book. We phoned on Sunday to make a booking and he advised he would do it first thing Monday morning and send us an email. Nothing happened so I phoned the office on Tuesday morning and was told he was with a client and he would get Mike to call back. Hours later I spoke with Mike and the story's started. He asked when we would be ready to pull the trigger and I advised that's why we phoned to book which sounded like he was surprised. He advised he would check and call me back. He did phone back to say it was booked early afternoon and that we had to pay for it today. I advised my wife would be in to pay. I then got a call again from Mike looking for the money and I advised we were having lunch and would be in shortly. We were seated at his desk and the story's keeped coming with a different price and different number of days at sea.We paid and he gave us a receipt with just a booking number and advised he would email the details which we still don't have. On checking the trip we booked its different to his story so to conclude DON'T book anything or do business with Mike Seck at Flight Centre at Cairns Central and I will speak to the management tomorrow to sort out our troubles.

Absolutely hopeless!! Stuffed up our flights!! Now in Brisbane with nothing to do as the flight should have been a morning one but no!! 11pm Flight!! Absolutely Useless!! Do not go to Flight Center Cairns!!
