You can book and pay for an optional tour. There is only JTB, and there is also a great set of restaurants nearby, so if you are lost in choosing a store, you can ask for it including reservation of seats, so it is convenient. You can borrow a toilet, you can drink cold water, and you can buy water from plastic bottles. If you have various credit cards, you can get small gifts just by presenting them. (I was a Koala's little stuffed animal) The staff is cheerful and polite, and of course you can feel safe in Japanese. I am grateful to be able to consult on sightseeing and meals in general.

You can apply for an optional tour, and the Japanese staff is polite. You can buy water and borrow the restroom.

I went for an optional tour, but on a hot day the cooler worked and I could relax. The correspondence is also polite.
