Simon from Happy Tours is brilliant!! He assisted myself and a friend in booking a day on the reef snorkelling and diving tour. Definitely the BEST discount in Cairns. Such a lovely person very professional and knows his stuff! highly recommend visiting him even if its just for a chat about other travels.

Cannot recommend Simon from Happy Tours enough! Me and 2 others were pretty disorganised since we hadn't known each other long and hadn't made a definite plan yet, but he got things sorted and provided various options and had really great knowledge about the areas we were heading. Definitely feel more comfortable about my trip after heading here!

Really pleased that I went in and spoke to Simon at Happy Travels next to Mad Monkey on the Esplanade, where I was staying. We managed to plan out my next 3 weeks going down the East Coast. Lots of activities along the way and also managed to keep it under my budget. Simon was happy to take a bit of time and answer my questions in depth whenever I had a query. And since seeing him I have sent him a couple emails, to which he responds very quickly. Well done Happy Travels and in particular well done Simon. You've made my trip! couldn't recommend this company more.

Just want to thank the guy that helped me plan my whole trip down the east coast. I believe his name is Simon. I came over here from the NZ starting in Cairns and was just going to wing it. But I am really happy that I stopped in and saw him and now I have my time in Australia with adventures, transfers and accom all planned out. Thanks mate

Hayley at Happy Tours couldn’t have given us better customer service. We weren’t sure which trip to the reef would be best for us due to the number of different options available, but Hayley was super friendly and patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right trip for us. After such a good day on the reef and a positive experience with Happy Tours, we returned to book a trip down Australia’s East Coast with Hayley, which she made so much easier than we anticipated. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Hayley! :)
