Definitely went way down hill when Paul left, he ran a good business, very professional and knew his stuff. I too paid the extra to support our local pharmacy and also got sick of waiting around at Chemist warehouse for a script. Nobody else seems to know whats happening, went there 2 weeks ago and Jo said it was closing much to my surprise with all stock removed as I had no knowledge of this despite having scripts there, rang this morning to get take my scripts and they have limited stock and haven't closed the doors, ahhhhh crazy. Apparently we are getting a new Chemist warehouse.

6 months ago (and for the 3 years prior I have used it) I would have given 5 stars all the way. Absolutely brilliant in every aspect. But sadly this pharmacy is nothing like it used to be. We are a small community and Paul and Jo knew what mattered. Since Paul left, it's been all 'business' with no care left for their loyal customers, using our local pharmacy, despite it being more expensive but wanting to support our local businesses. Since Paul left it has been nothing but disappointment. I feel bad for Jo because her heart is where Paul's was, but her hands are tied. I know of many locals who have reluctantly stopped using this pharmacy, and after the 'service' I got tonight, I too will be moving on to find a pharmacy that cares.
