We have been customers of this chemist shop for a few years now. We have found the staff to be polite, helpful & knowlegable. We use a lot of prescribed medicines and they always have what we want & need I stock. We have never had any issues shopping at this shop & the staff have always gone out of their way to help us with great service. Keep up the great work everyone.

Very poor customer service. I had some questions regarding Covid-19, and was told that they are not experts and I should talk to a doctor. When asking for a possible owing for my heart medication they were very rude and condescending. I chose to go to a community pharmacy for the customer service, but next time I will go to chemist warehouse, where the service is probably much better. Not happy.

Went to get a script filled and ended up being asked 50 questions that had nothing to do with the lady serving me(not the pharmasist). Found her invasive and pushy. Please don't pretend to be a doctor.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to to help me out with my sick kids. Very knowledgeable and fantastic customer service. 5 stars from me 😊😊😊😊

Would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. Came in a few weekends ago with the intent to stock up on vitamins and some other things. I was browsing for at least 15 minutes, and not any offer of help from the young blond girl or the female pharmacist. When I eventually went and asked for help the young girl was rude, condescending, and seemed like she had better things to do that help me. When I asked if there was any chance of a price match to Chemist Warehouse, she told me if I wanted those prices to shop there. Have heard bad things about the service in this pharmacy, and now I know for myself. Will be taking the girls advice and shopping at Chemist Warehouse from now on.
