Worst Customer Service! When you order something online, but then need to get an alternate product as you can't wait for them to get their deliveries done quicker.......they won't allow you to cancel/refund or exchange until the stock has arrived in their store. What an antiquated system and what makes it worse is the useless staff. The manager talks to you like he is a robot with a script. I think you can get better Customer Service from a Self Service Check-out than this location.

Best customer service. Vishnu is the real gem for the company. Management@Officeworks/Auburn don't lose him. He knows how to take care of the customer.

Staff is very helpful. Ample parking space. Good range of products. Always make sure that you check their inventory online before you head to their store.

AVOID this store at all costs if you prefer going to a store with friendly staff that are willing to help another human being with courtesy and commonsense. This particular shop is struggling and it shows - they have now resorted to justifying their existence by charging customers for using a paper guillotine used to cut paper to size - “$1 per slice”. This store needs to go the way of the DODO - EXTINCT! ☠ufe0f
