The Music Man

Hey, I dropped into your store last week and met a gentleman behind the counter who assisted me with some strings and cleaning products, time was taken to show me how to use the products and even showed me the results on a lovely flame-top guitar. It is little things like this that can win customers back from buying at a click online, music shops need that small markup to keep their families fed. Oh and by the way I've updated your location on google maps for you so hopefully potential customers can find you easier. Very helpful staff. Didn't have what I wanted, but, then again, no where else did either. Just updating there website, so call up to see if item is in stock before going there.

I have dealt with Sam The Music Man for many years. I have needed help in fixing the sound system in the Auburn Baptist Church, the Yass Community Baptist Church and the Gunnedah Baptist Church. We have purchased a great range, from music stands to sound mixers and key boards. He has a great deal of experience and has never guided us in the wrong direction. I came to appreciate his friendliness. He pointed us to the right people when we had been ripped off by an organ technician who installed the wrong sized wiring and a second hand mixer. I came here today (Thursday 21-11-19 16:23) and they were closed. It's looking like the store is closed for good really. I hope it was only an occasional issue but it's not a good first experience coming to a store and finding its door closed during the business hours.nnEdit: I came again the next day after the owner's answer to give one more go and I couldn't been more glad. An excellent service on a very complete store.nnOne useful tip: the store's parking is accessible through the back street and not at Parramatta Rd as shown on Maps.
