The ENTIRE staff that work in the Dealers Section are absolutely amazing! Tanika, Graham, Sally and Tracey are ALWAYS willing to help with any queries. Some of the staff can be processing up to 150 registration transactions in ONE SINGLE DAY! Just think about the logistics that go into that. The whole team is amazing and I’m thankful for each of them. What a great team, such a great support for me as a car dealer. Thanks for all the great work and thanks for always helping with my mistakes!
The service was perfect! My complaint is the waiting outside in the hot sun. I understand we have to wait outside but I am sure QLD government doesn't want people fainting while waiting to be assisted with their transport needs. Please put some shade up. For someone who has not been to Logan before we also didn't know the toilets were inside and my son had to go to the park. Some signs for the people waiting would be nice.
Awesome place, went in for my HR test last Friday 16/10/20. Just want to thank everybody at Logan Dept of Transport, to my assessor the young man at the front door assisting everyone before they go in.To the gentleman and lady at the counter who served me.
