Hair Colosseum

Not even worth the 1 star rating. I went in for a trim and the hairdresser didnt even part my hair or trim long layers as requested. The haircut was completed in 3 minutes or less. I had a change of heart as i was going to do a full head of foils (a package deal) for $99.. i feel as though she was angry at my last minute decision change. However she wanted to charge me a fee of $135 or whatever it was instead of the advertised price. My hair was butchered and not blended and uneven. I am a single parent who hasn't treated herself to a hair appointment and the moment i do, my hair is ruined. You shouldn't have to ask for your hair to be blended as you are the professional. I explained i wasnt happy with the service and refused to pay. The lady with short light hair and eyelash extensions had no remorse towards me. Her customer service was so arrogant and unpleasant.. my hair is still uneven and unfixed. She had no worries letting me walk out of her salon looking like that.. no compassion... or respectnDo not go this hairdresser. Its all about the money for them and not the service. Absolutely disgusted and mortified

I went to get my hair dyed from blonde to an ash brown, I explained to the young lady what I wanted and she said it would be fine i have a base colour that I can basically go any colour I want, what I ended up with was shocking ! I had brown on my roots and a metal grey/blue on my ends I was devastated and on top of all that I was charged $115 for me to look ridiculous! I went straight from the salon and bought hair dye to colour my hair it was that bad I couldn’t leave it for another minute I did a better job of dying and blow drying it myself, and than 2 days later had to go to another hairdresser to get the colour I want so I ended up paying so much more because of the shocking job done at this salon !nI have also sent an email with no response

I had my hair coloured & styled. Staff is very friendly, professional & experienced. They cater your need exactly how you want it. Best experience ever.

Absolute worst hair salon. Made an appointment and I was waiting for hours. Then during cutting my hair, they would go do other peoples hair. Absolutely disgusting service. The owner had the audacity to question why I was charged $35 right in front of me. Cut my hair shorter than I wanted, and kept leaving me with my crying baby to go work on other people.nRubbish.nThis salon is just open to make the most money out of you and have absolutely no care for the customers experience.
