A huge shout out to Eleni who cut my 7 year old daughter's hair. It was our first visit and my daughter was very anxious about getting her hair cut. Eleni spoke to her gently and kept her informed of what she was doing the whole time (my daughter covered her eyes for the duration of the hair cut). Thank you for being so kind and gentle with us both, Eleni. We will be back.

When this salon first opened, i had commended them on their customer focused approach. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. Both in the men's and women's side of the salon.nnPrices have been inconsistent at each visit at the men's side.nnFor the women, prices do vary, but also the lack of interest in providing a service... you call ahead to see if you can make an appointment on the same day they reject you saying it is fully booked when they are not. After speaking with other ladies they mentioned that this is always the case when you call. I tested this rumor when I stood outside and can clearly see they had 1 customer. Whilst I waited for 40 minutes for my husband to get his hair cut at the men's side.nnClearly, they are reserving their times for higher paying services than to give you a time slot.nnIt is so unfortunate that these salons could not maintain their customer service. They are no better than the budget type salons that are run by apprentices. It was mother friendly, you could go in and not felt rushed and be able to walk in. I forgot to mention, another time I had just walked instead of calling and they ask what service you want and they were unable to provide it.nnThe other salons are fine in the sense in you are passing by and are not fussed with time.nnFairly disappointed... i really thought there was potential here for a 5 star experience.

I was very happy with the service and found Viki to be very professional and friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing!!! I’ve been growing my hair now for a while due to an unpleasant emergency cut (so you can understand I’m extremely scared of coming out with a short hair that doesn’t suit me again). Not this time! Not sure how Dom did it, but he kept a lot of my length and a complete new healthy hair!!! I am coming back for sure! Thank you ❤ufe0f
