Tom & Jerry kids cut

i went there last sunday for my daughter's haircut. my kid is hyperactive and always busy type. always need attention. The lady was superb. she managed my child very well and handled the situation. Haircut was nice as per my advise. Great service with welcoming environment. keep up the good work..

Brought my son here for his first ever haircut. I showed the lady the haircut I wanted for him. It took forever for his haircut to finish and my son got bored already so we tried to entertain him while the lady was finishing his hair. After the haircut, paid $38 and it didn't look anywhere near the photo I showed the hairdresser, we couldn't be bothered getting it fixed as I didn't think my son can stay still for another few minutes. Ended up fixing my son's hair myself after a week! Won't be coming back here, unless my son's hair is gonna be done by the other hairdresser who cuts kid's hair faster and exactly how you'd want it.

If there was an option for a rating of 0, i would choose that. My wife sent a private message to management via Facebook in regards to a very bad haircut. Rather than try and solve the problem or provide some sort of solution, they blocked her account and took it as a threat when we said we would address the poor standards by placing an honest review on the social media platforms.nnPlease be very cautious when using this company. They have very inexperienced hairdressers. I could honestly have done a better job myself, and I am not a hairdresser.nnI very rarely write reviews, but on this occasion, due to the way they handled the situation, I found it necessary to help anyone wishing to use this company.

I LOVE coming to this hairdresser. Kim is a lovely kind and caring lady who makes my son feel like her own. She treats his hair with care and respect and always does an amazing job. My son used to fear hairdressers and now this store has cured that! They have fun cars where kids can play on as they get a haircut filled with music! She also gives out candy for being so brave!

My 1 year boy had comfortable first hair cut with a lady staff. She was very experienced and knows how to handle kids. But, during second time haircut, there was a gentle man, who was not kids friendly and introduced trimmer machine suddenly and unexpectedly leaving my kid frightened. And again he introduced hair blower to sooth my kid. My baby cried for the whole time duing the haircut.
