Absolutely amazing staff! Staff member Michele went out of her way to secure a product for me that I had been struggling to get for ages. Incredible, really went above and beyond to help me out. Lovely staff, great prices, amazing service

No service instore, typical of this outlet I only use it to pickup prescriptions when I have too. Floor staff are too busy stocking shelves than to actually engage customers and help. If it weren't for their prices they would go broke.

Can you please look into improve the customer service here? Currently I have found that some of female staff are unaccommodating as when I asked for certain product, they seemed unwiiling to show me where it exactly was but instead, they said that you could find it at the register which I couldn't find it. When I ask the other staff about it again, the answer was " oh.. we just finished it yesterday" , and why on earth the1st staff did not tell me from the start? This shows poor co-operation internally. I am absolutely disappointed as well with their tone of voice as I did ask the staff about having shoes to try but her answer was abrupt. Actually, I am a repeat customer here for years and the service was great before. Please train the team to keep up customer service as it is the major contribution to customer satisfaction. Take the Chemist Warehouse on Adelaide Street as a excellent role model as each staff are so dynamic and professional. They are extremely busy there but still maintain high quality of service. If you are tired of providing quality service to customers, please leave the job so that other unemployed but passionate people can get into the industry and put pleasure and perfection in their jobs. BTW - I would like to extend appreciation to the cashiers who were friendly and lively.

Pharmacy is just competent, but don't use the app to refill prescription takes up to a day and look confused when you go to collect, also check to see if prescription is on the PBS the pharmacist won't tell you and you get to the checkout and met with an $80 script. But good place for bargain aftershaves and vitamins at a decent price.
