Always friendly never had a problem with staff. Have met my requests everytime.

I phoned from Melbourne Vic and this Pharmacy was the most helpful to make a delivery to my elderly mum living in Woodridge. The staff go the extra mile. They had the product I needed at a reasonable price. However it is the customer service which stands out the most.

Despite providing my Medicare they continued to try and charge me twice on the original price of medication prescribed. They said my Medicare number wasn’t valid and that it wouldn’t go through the system. Horrible service.

Very friendly staff, script filled in a couple of minutes.

Friendly and helpful staff who actually listen to your requests , one of the cheapest chemists around for prescription meds.
