Springwood Discount Drug Store

I have never had such a pleasant experience at a pharmacy. I was served straight away, and whilst they didn't have the medications I needed, they ordered them and they arrived the next day. I applaud them for their service and thank them profusely for continuing to come to work during this scary time. Well done team!

Would give a 5 star but the waiting times have been ridiculous 5 times in a row for me now and the frequency of customers weren't much. I assumed maybe they went shopping but no it legit just took ages and a few staff were just chatting about people's weekends and kids. It's nice and all but people are waiting. Plus my medication was 9 dollars here when it's usually 5 at the chemist in woodridge. Didn't ask if I wanted brand or there brand.

Convenient location, but don't expect any service or assist from staff

Tremayne the pharmacist couldn#t have been MORE helpful to my elderly Aunt (and myself) in getting her prescription from Bundaberg. Despite zero help on Bundabergs end, Tremayne made phone calls and kept on it until it got done. Superstar! Thank you!
