I have always found the team at this chemist to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. Richard in particular went above and beyond with his service today. These people genuinely care for their customers - thank you.

I've shopped at this chemist many times and always find the shop girls and pharmacists are polite and friendly. They actually care about the customers and have a good knowledge of products. I would recommend this chemist to anyone wanting exceptional service.

I have not been to the pharmacy at Chatswood Hills Central for a few years now and have noticed that they have changed hands. DO NOT GO THERE! This is by far the most horrendous pharmacy I have ever visited. They seem to mark up to ridiculous prices and expect to be RIPPED OFF, unless you request for a price match. The owner is very rude to his staff, coming off as sexist and racist. I could not believe this is happening in a professional pharmacy in Australia. The store seemed very understaffed and management (or lack thereof) was poor. Products on the shelves were covered in dust and were messy. Go to this pharmacy if you want to pay twice the price for less than Chemist Warehouse service. I would rate 0 star if I could! Will not be back again.

Owner is absolutely lovely! I've had trouble looking for a product at 3 different pharmacies before coming here, and the owner was able to politely order in the product for me. 100% will be making this my regular pharmacy from now on!
