A Loft Story

My first ever time at A Loft Story was incredible. Ina looked after me and I have never seen a stylist who has actually cared so much, and was so excited to do my hair! I have always had a lot of trouble finding a stylist/salon to come back to for various reasons, and I've had some truly awful haircuts in my life but Ina changed everything. I put complete trust in her and it paid off. Everyone was so lovely and the salon itself is just gorgeous. 11/10 recommended

I got my hair cut and coloured, and loved my experience at A Loft Story! The space is beautiful and Ina was absolutely amazing. I showed her a few photos of what I liked, and she took the time to really listen and explain what would work well/not work well with my naturally black hair. Definitely coming back! :)

I had a great experience at a loft story. The hairdresser was honest about what I could and couldn't do with my hair. They spoke to me about colour correction. The staff are friendly, I was given refreshements and a head massage during my rinse. Staff gave friendly conversation but also was not invasive with conversation.

The aesthetics is what first grabs you in but the service is what keeps you coming back. It’s like walking into a glade. You half expect some faeries or forest creature to greet you at any moment. While I don’t have a specific stylist, I have been here multiple times and the service is just as friendly as the last. Free wine. Great smelling products. Stylists who care about your hair. A Loft Story’s got it all.

I visited the pop-up plant store, Growing Grounds, at this address. Very helpful staff, quite reasonable prices and a range of beautiful and unusual plants. The plant stock was fresh and healthy
