I really like this pharmacy they open early and close late and have a big range. The prices are good and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

Very professional and caring pharmacy, with a community focus. Staff are very friendly and the pharmacist Mahmoud will go above and beyond for his customers and their ongoing care. Also their prices are very reasonable. I would therefore strongly recommend this pharmacy.

So typically you'd go to the closet chemist with the script in hand and with nothing but the illness on your mind trust that the chemist is doing the right thing. Not this one... The doctor had told us and written on the script for my 9 month old that the Ventolin would be free, apparently all we'd have to get is the mask and dispenser. We got antibiotics for pretty much the whole family (yeah, fun weekend right..) and the lady at the counter tells me the pharmacist has recommended pro biotics for the kids too. The label said "3 years +" for children who were just 9 months old!... She went away came back with another type and being so tired and exhausted I agreed. She didn't tell me how much it was for the up sale, either way, got the shock of my life when the bill came in over $100! We took that off, paid the remainder and headed home. Only to find we'd been charged for the Ventolin too!? My wife called up to inquire and was told "if it were free it would have been written on the script"... It was, I saw the doctor write it on there no more than 5 mins earlier. The person on the phone then argued that it wasn't there and it was the doctors fault. I feel they were blatantly lying to me on the phone. With sick twins and coming down from a 40 degree fever myself, I had no idea what the dispenser was going to cost, and they filled 2 Ventolin and not one. The cheeky up sell was what got me to check the receipt when I got home. If you buy from here... check the receipt! They will try to capitalize on your illness whilst all you want to do is get the medicine in you and your family and get back to bed. Do not trust.

Really disappointed by the pharmacist's attitude to patients and his fellow co-workers. He is very rude and dismissive and is constantly on his phone. I stood there for a good couple of minutes while he was on his phone and then he proceeded to 'snap' his fingers at an employee and yell across the store 'customer'. The girls that work there are super friendly and helpful, but this pharmacist needs to learn some customer service.
