First time customer and I have to say I'm really pleased!! They were the only sellers of Grado and while there was a backorder, they were consistently updating me on the ETA of new stock. Through every stage of the process, they were very transparent. Despite the wait, I was more than willing to wait due to their great service. Highly recommended!

The service provided by this shop is outstanding. I had trouble setting up my system and Arthur walked me through it over the phone and then came out to my house. So pleased I did not buy my speaker at Jb Hifi, Harvey Norman or the like.
