*IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS, I WOULD. After reading the other one star reviews, I too have to agree that the customer service is appaling. In particular, the customer service of the woman that I believe is the so called, "manager", of the store. As a person of colour, I felt targeted the second I entered the store. From being followed, to having two staff members literally corner me at the counter, to being the only person in the store to have my bag searched before I left. I have no problem with a bag search, however, to be the only individual in the store required to have one, meant that based on the colour of my skin, I was instantaneously thought to be stealing. I won't sugarcoat, and will call it for what it is (racial profiling). Unfortunately, a similar experience happened to a friend in the same store. When addressing my issue to the woman whom I can only presume was the manger, she was dismissive, condescending and frankly, rude. I will not be shopping at this store again and highly recommend others to do the same. Yes, it's at a convenient location and you'll probably find what you're looking for, but at the expense of rude customer service? Especially from the person considered in charge? It's not worth it....There are plenty of other pharmacies in the mall, just go to one of those.

I go here quite often and the staff are always fine, quite friendly. Not sure what some people are complaining about. I have never had an issue with the staff or management, they are just doing their job.

Looking for flu shot? Had bad experience in the past? Honestly, Mersina (pharmacist)at healthy world pharmacy did a great job. I am always scared of pain, needles especially and I couldn't feel a thing and only knew it is over when she said "is done". Thank you so much Mersina. Highly recommended!!

Twice I have come to this pharmacy to get Aptamil ALLERPRO Stage 3 formula as I cannot find it anywhere else! Thank you very much for keeping your shelves stocked with this formula! Never had an issue with service here and have found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Their prices are probably not the most competitive but at least they have stock!!
