I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over twenty years when it was the THINK PHARMACY RIMEL JATTAN AND HIS STAFF CAME IN AND TOOK OVER BRINGING HIGH QUALITY FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND A FRIENDLY SMILE TO ME AND ALL HIS CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS HAVE A GOOD HOME DELIVERY SERVICE AND I WOULDN'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS OR OTHER ODDS AND ENDS. Majority of staff are lovely, especially Manager Rimal who is extremley kind. Very convenient as it is connected to the General Practice and is open till 9pm weeknights, however pharmacist Adrianna is very rude. Over the phone and in person.. doesn't smile and is unpleasant to have an encounter with. I have phoned up and asked questions that may seem stupid to her, but a question is a question and she has an attitude even over the phone and makes me feel like I'm bothering her etc.. so its much nicer when another pharmacist is on, for me personally.
