The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a pharmacist. Zero compassion, no empathy and left me in a horrible position without a script I needed urgently. Should be ashamed of himself.

I really loved the customer service of pharmacy assistant Grace, in the pharmacy...She is very polite n helpful, bychance I forgot my mobile phone on the counter while I was paying my bill, she immediately returned my phone as I was walking towards the bus stop. Thank you Grace...
Seriously poor customer service and rude staff the one time I went in there about 2 weeks ago. They seemed short staffed and very busy but will go elsewhere with my business.
