Chemist Warehouse Mt Gravatt

I rarely review places or people on Google, but there is this one particular lady who is often at the counter, with gray hair. I don't know her by name. She has always been a joy every time I had her to process my payment, to be honest. She always has a warm smile, and something nice to say. It's definitely just courtesy talk, but with a little bit of extra something that I can't put my finger on. It's like she's genuinely interested in building a rapport during that brief exchange, without going overboard like some of the people in the industry tend to do (a trait which I'm not a fan of at all). Gives off the vibe of that friendly Mrs. Nonna in your neighbourhood who everyone knows and likes, and has nice flower beds lining the garden haha She's the reason why I always go to this particular branch whenever I need to go to Chemist Warehouse.

Was just in trying to get bandages for a cut spurting from my finger. The young lady at the counter just decided to stop serving people and promptly started stacking perfume on shelves with no one on the front counter. I then realised that if you ever have an emergency and require bandages or anything really, don't come here unless you want to bleed out. In fact after that treatment-I won't ever come back and neither will my family and friends. BLACKLISTED.

Don’t want to be whinging but I came in with pretty low expectation yet they’ve still disappointed me. The service and attitude from staff were terrible and unprofessional. It’s sad when these warehouses are taking over pharmacy industry and replacing good service. It’s a store you come in for cheap price and just get the hell out...

Normal chemist warehouse just as described on their website. Went here for price match with major store and cashier staff were able to do it easily. However, lots of time I came in for description, I had to wait for a long time to be served. Struggle to find staff to help you sometimes and their suggestions are quite general so not much helpful. Would go back to purchase but would not take their advices seriously.

Probably the worst Chemist Warehouse in SE QLD!! If I had the option of leaving zero or negative stars I would. Not only are the majority of staff perpetually rude and disinterested in customer service, every time and I mean EVERY TIME, there is a sale or promotion, the most expensive products miraculously vanish from the shelves (despite apparently being available according to the website) and the day the sale ends, there is an over supply of this product! If you mention this to staff, you always get told the online count is not accurate! Why have this then? At other times during promotions, like the recent 10% off store wide sale, this chemist decided to reorganize their entire perfume cabinet which resulted in nothing being available for sale. Great move! I was prepared to spend big during this promotion so Sunnybank got my business instead which I might add, is probably the BEST store in Brisbane. The staff at Mt Gravatt could learn a lot from Sunnybank! I will definitely not be back to Mt Gravatt EVER nor will I recommend this store to anyone ever again. This store is an absolute disgrace to the Chemist Warehouse name!
