Priceline Pharmacy Browns Plains

Had an excellent experience. Zamil was great to deal with. Had our vaccines done and he was efficient, knowledgeable and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Browns Plains Priceline Pharmacy is not a great place and the workers there don't care about customers and they discriminate their customers and assume things without evidence. As soon as I walked in they came straight to me and didn't leave my side until I left the store. Told me I wasn't aloud in the store after this visit anymore due to "stealing last time" when I know for a fact I didn't steal at all, asked to speak to the manager, they said manager wasn't in and I asked for video evidence and they couldn't provide that to me due to manager "not being in." Absolutely rubbish on behalf of Priceline Browns plains and I'll be taking this further.

I spent a lot of money on facial products and never would have done that if it wasn't for Claire. Claire took the personal time with me to listen what I wanted and gave me the right products for my needs. She even checked for my allergies. Great advice. It was the personal attention and time Claire spent with me that impressed me. I can already see a difference in my skin in just a few short weeks. Claire is the best! A great asset to your company. I will not go to anyone else for advice except Claire. Thank you Claire! I will keep going back to buy my products there because of Claire.

I will only go to priceline browns plains for all of my skincare. Clair, the beauty advisor helped me sooo much since i started going there in January in clearing and rejuvenating my face. I haven't felt better. I'm getting so many compliments on how nice my skin looks and that's all thanks to Clair. Clair takes the time to investigate what the problem is and looks at the ingredients to ensure it's the best product to help the problem and no allergic reaction. I went to heaps of department stores and pharmacies in Brisbane and interstate and no one took the time or interest to help like Clair did. When they did, they were very quick, didn't want to hear the problems and just wanted to sell the items. They weren't interested at all to help someone in need. Thank you so much to all the Priceline staff at Browns plains for their kindness and great humour but a HUGE thank you to Clair for making me feel so good like i never felt before. Amazing!!!! I cannot thank you enough. You truly are the best beautician.
