Overpriced.. will go back to other chemists in local area who are far more reasonable. Thanks for your response, though you need to be alot more competitive on your script pricing. There is another chemist coming soon to the area, and maybe you need to look at your pricing, or even offer price match.? just a recommendation.. appreciate for replying.

This pharmacy has the best customer service. The Pharmacists and staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Loads of products at reasonable prices.

The pricing is near double what you’d expect to find at chemist warehouse however... it seems more of a homeopathic/naturopathic herbal style retail chemist with some good alternative remedies to mainstream. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, it could probably stay open till 5 on a Saturday, apart from that it’s a good spot.

This morning i bought a knee brace, i was in a rush and late for work. Trusted the female staff members advice that it would fit as it was adjustable, she did not mention there was a no refund policy and yes there is a sign but was not aware as i did not grab the brace the staff member got it for me. Got to work try it on it does not fit. Try to return it they wont refund or exchange due to policy. So now im 56.00 down the drain and unable to get another for at least a week. Very disappointed , upset and in pain and unable to buy a replacement brace, nothing was done to try and rectify the situation, i was told it was my word against what happened and the staff member was not there to clarify so oh well, like i was lying. Will not be receiving my business again. Absolutely appauled i have not ever had such a negative experience with a business before.

Good staff, prompt service and always helpful. Definitely the best prices anywhere. I always go here.
