Chemist Warehouse Woolloongabba

I would like to say that the staff at chemist Warehouse particularly Victoria and Yik are the very best in the business. I have been a regular customer for a long time and wouldn’t go any where else. Thank you for all of your help answering my sometimes difficult questions.

Clean, safe, good specials, friendly staff, well stocked.

Nothing makes my blood boil more than blatant laziness and disregard for customer service. I left this store (the 3rd this afternoon) absolutely furious with the attitude of the staff. This was the 3rd Chemist Warehouse we visited to attempt to purchase an item. The first store recommended trying the second (which did not have the item), the second confirmed that the Woolloongabba store had it, so we made our way to the Woolloongabba store. We have now spent 1hour and 20minutes being run around. We arrive at the Woolloongabba store to be told “Yes, we have it in stock, it arrived on Friday (it’s now Sunday night), but it would take a bit of effort to go through the 5 boxes to find this item. We politely explained we had been through the above process and someone at the Woolloongabba store knew we were coming (30-minutes prior). Yet the Staff member asked if we could return tomorrow and perhaps the day staff may have opened the boxes by then. I challenged the staff member that this was less than acceptable service given the whole experience, but the staff member shrugged it off and walked away. I am speechless 😳

The Chinese pharmacist hiding behind sold and signed the tax receipt for the medicine for double the price than it was advertised online. She does this on purpose. Be very vigilant.
