Mullein Pharmacy Hillcrest

After seeing a doctor yesterday for a migraine (excruciating pain) I went to fill my script and was made to wait more than 10 minutes whilst the staff had a chat (they were not serving customers just chatting otherwise I wouldn't have an issue). Both staff members looked at me several times knowing my script was not getting filled as they were standing around talking. I asked for my script back to take it to another pharmacy as I'm in severe pain and was just made to wait for no reason their response was extremely rude with no apology and she handed me my medication with zero questions or concerns as to whether I had previously taken the tablets or knew what to do. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I left this store with a huge smile, yesterday very friendly and helpful pharmacist behind the counter. Located in a nice little complex on middle road, I had a few spare minutes between my appointments so thought I’d stop in quickly. Great range, and good pricing!

Charged me nearly 3 times the price of Chemist Warehouse for a Prescription Happy to pay a little bit more for convenience and support local but this is daylight robbery.
