The lady who served me today was very friendly and helpful not like the staff and the security from the chemist opposite them. I matched the price of the medicine I bought with the price from other chemist, they are the same price. From my experience I dont have problem at all and would recommend!

Went to get some meds. The staff is so lovely. You feel welcomed to this place, and she showed her profession attitude that makes you feel save about asking anything. During the whole conversation, even there were some terminology that I don’t understand, she patiently explained without making you feel pressure.

Really Good Customer Service, Emily is so patient and nice as always. She recommended me really useful products to help with my acne and eczema. Me and my parents stuck in Brisbane due to COVID, and I am not good at English, thanks to Emily always help us to transfer my mum's medication in English and give us lots of advices. Then I can get the presctiption from doctor and get medication for my parents. I had a fantastic experience in this pharmacy.

Crooks! Avoid at all cost! They sold me a 3 year old batch of medicines with an expiry date within 6 months of purchase. I brought it back within a few hours (the pack was still sealed) as I would only need to take those quite rarely and therefore wanted to be able to keep them longer. They said that "they are not ready to wear the cost of these expiring medicines" and would not replace or refund. With the understanding that the doctor's fee I paid to have them prescribed was $400, I will now have to fork out that amount again in 6 months. Beware of this pharmacy, they probably sell out of date medicines too in order to get rid of their stock!

I paid for 2 standard scripts; $40. Priced the same items in my local chemist. I won’t be back!.
