I Recommend the whole Team ud83dudc4c very friendly and helpful, we can't Expect in this Corona time that it's easy for the flight Center team so with little bit of patience and understand it al works out.

Sarah Lewis from Flight Centre Coomera is amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a holiday or trip. After sales service is terrible. When cancelling travel insurance within the first few days it took over two weeks to receive a refund and I had to chase it up with numerous emails to it was eventually processed.nI had to chase up tickets and details, everything took a minimum of 2 emails and a number of times going into the shop to get an outcome. I was told things had been done that had not!. I was charged for a captains package and told my Passport details had been uploaded and checked, when checking in I had problems and found this was not the case! Overly very disappointing and I will not use them again. Once they have your money they level of care just isn't there!

I had a very positive experience with them. I had a rushed business trip to China. The entire team got involved to get my complicated 12 month business visa arranged. A huge amount of extra paperwork with the Chinese Embassy (due in part to the language barrier in China) they knew what they were doing and kept pushing until it got over the line. Endless emails to and from the Embassy, plenty of phone calls and I did not have to do a thing - complete concierge service.nJessica found business class flights for the price of premium economy - she has in depth knowledge of the cheapest routes to fly, seat sizes, good food - bad food, new plane-old plane and all the information you just don't get when trying to book it yourself. Management were diligently double checking the double checker and they ran like a well oiled machine!nInsurance policy was great value.
