I have booked a holiday to Fiji with a fully refundable deposit. I called them numerous times to get the deposit returned, over a month ago and they ask me to email. I've emailed numerous times and no reply. You call the number and some rude woman from an "overflow" service tells you that you can't speak to anyone and they will call you back. They don't. This may be a scam so be careful people.

The prices might be great but the customer service is average and they’re rude. If you have to get a refund they charge you per person which I thought was from the airline but they confirmed it’s a TravelOnline charge. I understand having to charge a small fee for the small amount of time spent to process the fee but not per person that’s just ridiculous. Plus when you’re looking at deals on their website they are rarely available so it’s really hard to book trips with multiple families. Clearly they have an old IT system that needs to be upgraded.

Absolutely pathetic and deceitful tactics. Do not even bother. We searched for a holiday opportunity within the dates we could travel, picked a package, booked through travel online and gave our credit card details. We rang later to confirm a few things at a later date and was told, "oh no that was just you telling us your 'ideal' holiday. That place has is booked out until the rest of the year!' We now are in a situation where it is too late to search and find something else to take our family for our first holiday this year. Do not waste your time or trust this company. Also, when we rang the accommodation to confirm they had no booking for us, they pointed out that this was a well known tactic from this company .

I don't dislike it, i just haven't received a call back about my holiday since my call.
