Got what I went in for which was to book a last minute holiday. No extra effort to make my experience enjoyable (eg activities, tours) until I asked for more info. Acceptable service.

Danielle was undoubtedly the best travel agent. She worked through endless meetings with us for many hours to help us every step of the way. Danielle always seemed genuinely invested in our holiday and ensuring that we had everything ready to go for a stress free holiday. She was enthusiastic and funny, and really pleasant to get along with. We can't thank Danielle enough for her help. And we hope that she is able to help us plan all future holdays as we couldn't ask for a better agent. Thanks again!

I recently engaged with Jelly, one of the friendly staff here at Flight Centre, and she did a fantastic job not only in getting me a flight at a great price but also handled my VISA application and corresponded with VISAS Direct in order to obtain my tourist VISA to Nigeria. She ensured that everything flowed smoothly and went well and my trip was an excellent success! I highly recommend her help when it comes to booking a flight.

We had some family come over to Australia from the UK over the busy Christmas New Year period and Zoe Jacobsen was absolutely fantastic in terms of arranging an itinerary for us from Sydney to Ayers Rock, Cairns and Brisbane. Zoe was a great help in suggesting places to see and stay as well as creating the itinerary to allow us to make the most of our time particularly so as it was the high tourist season in those places. She was very happy to make time to see us whenever we needed to in person as well as be in regular touch with updates via phone and email when necessary. Everything went really smoothly on the trip and we really appreciate Zoe's time and efforts in putting all of this together for us.
