Worst. Experience. Ever.nHere is an excerpt of my complaint email...nnI requested a haircut, wash, treatment and a straighten finish. I was quoted $85 and accepted this.nnThe young girl who washed my hair was rough enough to leave bruising in my scalp despite my repeated attempts to get her to be gentle. That was certainly not a pleasant experience.nnThe lady who cut my hair, I would assume to be possibly the manager (older, Asian lady). She has destroyed my hair. I asked for a few layers in the back and a trim.nnTo preface my next comments it is important to understand I have very slow growing, very fine, blonde hair which there is not much of due to poor genetics.nnI had been growing my hair for three years, have 3 trims a year as that's all is needed and had managed to grow it to the end of my shoulder blades.nnThis hairdresser had not only cut too much off, she used a razor to do so which has caused my hair to become frizzy. She also had not made the cut even and this resulted in one side being almost an inch shorter than the other.nnAt the front of my head, my hair is now at my chin, the back is now shoulder length.nShe got another girl to blow dry and straighten my hair which is when I realised what the hairdresser had done.nnI complained that I wasn't happy, clearly upset and the young girl went and got the lady who cut it.nnThis hairdresser proceeded to tell me that to get layers I had to cut it all off, I complained that I couldn't put it up any more (for safety at work I wear my hair in a ballerina bun, which I can no longer do). She proceeded to pull my hair back roughly to demonstrate it being able to be pulled back, causing me neck pain (I have an existing Spinal Injury)nnShe then took three chunks of the back of my hair and cut into it, leaving me with hair that is now randomly even more short and which looks like a toddler has cut the hair. It's uneven, chunks are missing from the back of my hair and overall I am deeply distressed with my experience and strongly believe that her last action of cutting chunks of hair off was indeed malicious.

I've had my last few cuts here and have brought my kids here too. The stylists are lovely, listen to what the client wants and give a decent cut for a great price. I haven't had colour done here, but cuts, treatments and blow outs are great.

Hair package included, hair cut, thinning, eyebrow was and tint plus a hair treatment and straighten. Was priced well and both customer service and end result of my hair was amazing.

Tiffany gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had her attention to detail was spot on and she did better then any barber I've ever been to.

Tiffany was simply amazing. I had a bad experience the last place I went to and refused to go anywhere for a while. She was honest with telling me how my hair was and how I could look after it and restore it. She recommended the best way to colour it so that I didnt cause further damage. she made me comfortable and relaxed. my hair two weeks later feels and looks amazing. i cant wait to come back. Thank you!!!
