Decided to try a new hairdresser so after a quick Google search came across Balance Hair. Website was simple and easy to use, I sent through an inquiry and got a call back that very day.nCharmaine was wonderful, after a quick chat she booked me in for an appointment after work. I appreciate the effort service providers have to make so that they can be available after office hours for those like me.nI went in with waist length hair and asked Charmaine to cut it down to shoulder length. As any hairdresser would be, she was apprehensive to reduce my length so dramatically - but oh boy did she give me an amazing cut.nLooks amazing both straight and left naturally wavy. I’m beyond pleased with my service and style, and the community feel I got while there. Highly recommend.
