Event Cinemas Browns Plains

I brought my daughter to Tom and Jerry, and it was way too loud, we had to leave.nI mentioned it to the candy bar girl, and with such excellent service, and without even asking, she kindly offered another movie or a refund of the tickets. Great service and response to something beyond her control.

Rude young girl at Browns plains cinema. Obviously doesn't like her job. She was rude to the people she served before me, so I thought I'd be cheerful to her when it came my turn but she treated me the same. No need for this.

Was very good . They need numbers/letters on the isle as our seat was taken by someone else. But other then that is was great

We were looking to use our Cinebuzz rewards for one ticket but when we presented & asked we told we can't use it for new release movies. Not pleased with this condition of use. Event should have told us that on granting the reward. We had to pay full price.

The theatre smells like urine and mouldy carpet. The walls and chairs are gross i can barley stand to sit on them. The atmosphere feels dirty and there is a massive cockroach looking bug that can fly right next to me
