Glams moved from Eight Mile Plains to Sunnybank Hills. Still highly recommended this hair salon, new place is well presented and very clean/tidy. Plenty of parking available.nnKentaro, my favourite hairdresser, have saved my hair again. From super long (think asian-ghost-like) yucky dry straw hair to amazing stylish silky smooth hair, couldn't be happier with the result.nKudos to Chris as well, who was very gentle with handling the hair and hair washing was very relaxing that I almost fell asleep.nnOverall, very happy with the experience and definitely will be back again!
I like their service. Friendly staff. Good amount of parking with easy access. Only thing is they are pretty busy so slightly difficult to make an appointment via telephone. Easiest way is to make an appointment in person.
The balayage I got here was awful. Obvious streaks with bad contrasting of the colours. I went back for them to fix it and they just dyed it so dark that it looked like I never got anything done at all. Very unhappy as wasted my time and $500.
People are careless and irresponsible, they seem never care or listen to customers' requirements. After been there 2 times, I won't go there anymore. Especially after a long drive for that arrogant service attitude, not worth it. The price is high but it would be acceptable with a better service.
Most of the time, I don't satisfied when I get haircut these days but this hair stylist was excellent and I was so happy ud83dude0a Thank you, Mr. Mizuno!
