the ladies who work there are absolutely lovely and down to earth.nthey did an amazing job with my hair colour. my hair feels so soft and healthy. conversation was very pleasant and they offered tea or coffee/ water on a number or occasions. they were also very knowledgeable and listened to what you wanted and offered tons of suggestions and opinions. I really enjoyed my time there and am so happy with the results. dedinitly going back
