I would not even give them one star if there was a no star option. I agreed to a complete detailed clean inside & out, + wax & seats shampooed.for $180. When I collected it, it was in the shade. I drove away and parked in the sun to assess. Then took it back. It was so bad I was laughing at their audacity in their claims ‘that the work was good’. The seats were soaking wet, soaking my clothes in a brown stain. A spray had been used inside marking the silver console like water marks. Outside it had not been washed or waxed. But perhaps hosed as it was covered in water marks. One guy (l had 4 standing around me) said the water marks are my fault as I clearly don’t park my car in a garage. The engine bay was not cleaned either. They tried refusing to do more. Saying $180 does not cover the job I expected and pointing to the price board. Where prices were more. However, we had a very clear agreement on the phone and when I dropped car off so I ranted, raising my voice, arms waving and pointing to car issues. Under duress they worked on my car for another 1 1/2 hrs. However refusing to do the engine bay. I took it home and finished the finer detailing myself.

Pretty lazy clean, looks like they just vacuumed and gave it an external wipe down. Left with a sheen of wax or something on my windshield which when it rains inhibits my vision. Won't be back.

They broke the letter 'I' off my land rover discovery sport and said it was normal. No it isn't! Glued it back on and left a mess on the paint all the way around it. No discount given at all for ruining my car. Missed patches of dirt in the front grill. And the back seats don't look like they were even touched. Not impressed. 2 stars! The carpets were still wet. And my windscreen was worse than before with streaks all over it. Inside and outside! Asked him specifically to wipe the inside cause it was grubby. Not a delicate hand wash.

I used Oz Shine today for the first and won't be the last ,found them friendly ,professional and value for money had my car looking great again.nI thoroughly recommend them top shelf.
