Jessi from East Coast Immigration Consultants was referred to my partner and I from a friend and from the beginning Jessi was approachable, reliable, easy to communicate with and explained each part of the visa process in detail to us, so that we could make an informed decision about which immigration path to take. My partner had a unique background and the only option available to him was applying for the partner visa, as any immigration process is, it involved a lot of work, documents and evidence of our relationship. Jessi's has a fantastic organised system, which allowed us to upload each document required, this was clear and easy for us to do when we had compiled the documents.nJessi supported us for over 2 years, before my partner moved to Australia, all the way through to when his visa was granted. We cannot thank Jessi anymore for all the hard work, help and guidance she provided us over the years, in a time that was stressful, Jessi provided reassurance that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. I had a great experience with East Cost Immigration.nJessi works really well. She follows up and explains step by step of the visa process. I didn't need to ask her the status of my visa, because she's the one that used to look for me and keep me posted.

Loved our experience with Jessi from East Coast Immigration Consultants! Applying for permanent residency is so stressful but with Jessi’s help it turned out to be so easy! She guided us through each step of the process and are so thankful! Couldn’t have done it with her AND I was fully approved as an Australian Permanent Resident just 10 months after we submitted our application!!!!
