Bondi Lane is one of the most beautiful salons I have ever been too! The salon has a lovely vibe, the staff are amazing (Thanks Casey!), and the service can not be faulted. The Stylist did a beautiful colour on my hair, shaped the front nicely. I was overcharged a bit but the owner reached out and has offered to give back the money I was overcharged and even offered a Complimentary Blowdry and Treatment, so I was very happy about that. Not many salons would genuinely try to make things up to their client the way Bondi Lane has. Would be happy to go back. Thank you :)

i paid an exceptional amount for a half head of foils , for to honestly make no difference. staff weren’t talkative and my new hairdresser said she’s had to fix up many clients that have come form bondi lane

Bondi Lane -nFor a starting point the salon is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, clean and stylish. The staff all appeared happy and friendly. Excellent product use, very happy to have Keune care.nnDown side, asked and showed stylist what I was after, clean pure light blonde, showed a photo and went ahead. End result, upsetting. Expressed concerns to the staff drying my hair that it appeared yellow still and asked if she could please dry the front so i could see, and unfortunately was not the look i was after and normally achieve at previous salons. This was escalated to my original stylist whom advised we could do a purple shampoo or a toner that may make my hair darker as a silver base is in there. I didn't want silver or purple and stated the shampoo would have ran out and still had a yellow base underneath for next time. After much discussion decided there was no happy desired achievable ending there today, and the blowdry was finished.nnAll in all, would not return here, and would not recommend blondes whom are seeking a clean pure colour, however could suit many others.
