I have dealt with Travel Associates for over ten yearsnMainly Helen,( amazing ) who has sadly left now but have also worked with Kylie.nBoth girls worked on our refund with our booking when needing to cancel it completely due to Covid.nTheir service, advice and understanding was beyond our expectations during this crazy time!nnI have always found this company to be wonderful, friendly and offer great travel advice.nnWhen our world gets opened up again for travel I won’t hesitate to go back to Trendell and Turner travel Associates.nnThanks again Helen B & Kylie BnnBERTONI Family

We had what we consider a substantive holiday to Europe including two cruises and unfortunately had to cancel the lot solely because of COVID. Kylie had made all the arrangements for us and in this initial phase met every expectation brilliantly. Her attention to detail and service was the best we have encountered in the travel industry so far. When it became necessary to cancel everything Kylies advice on timeframe etc was brilliant. We have received back virtually we were expecting and can’t wait for things to settle down so we can have Kylie rebook our tours again.

Kylie at Trendell and Turner organised what would have been an amazing trip to Vietnam for us earlier this year. Of course fate and COVID meant we weren't able to go, but Kylie was fantastic in keeping us up to date with what was happening and working hard to get our flight credits and refunds. We have since booked another Qld trip and have found Kylie to be very prompt and helpful throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend this company for future travel.

We cannot believe how helpful Kylie has been with arranging all the cancellations/refunds of our Covid cancelled holiday. Nothing was a problem for her, and I know she was working extra long hours helping her clients with not much recompense. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We lover her! - Peter and Sue
