Star Car Wash - Capalaba

I booked online and from the moment I arrived, they kept upselling saying it was more for 4wd which I had already booked in for, then more for pet hair, then continuing to add more services I didn't want. This put me off initially. When I arrived back to collect my vehicle it was immaculate, which was pleasing to see. I think I will come back - but only for a once in a while detailing treatment not as a regular.

Booked online and paid $84 for Star Polish. Upon arrival the manager was visibly unhappy that I booked online and tried to upsell to get additional $20. I agreed and paid in cash.nCar was ready in 45 mins and I already knew it wouldn't be the premium detailing I was expecting as it usually can't be achieved under 1 hour. When I picked up, the job looked good enough but with multiple misses, definitely not worth the $104 I paid. Decided I'm not going back.nWouldn't have bothered with review but just now found a fresh scratch on my tailgate which I don't think was there when I dropped the car off.

Booked in online . It didn’t make any difference they just added me to the queue. Told me the service would be 1.5 hours . Got back after 1.5 to find my car hadn’t even been touched . Told they were busy but had obviously just taken drive ins ahead of me . Told it was only going to take 20mins for an auto detail in the website says 1 hour . I think they rushed it but I couldn’t wait anymore I had wasted too much time hanging around. Wouldn’t use again .
