Harbour Day Spa

I am a huge fan of Harbour Day Spa. I have been there for pamper sessions (facials, massages, etc) and I have been there out of need (to cover up grey hair!). I also love that they have an extensive range of products that you can buy and enjoy the spa experience at home. I recently purchased a face cleanser online through the HDS website and it arrived less than 48 hours later. Perfect! I am so impressed with everything this business offers; be it a treatment at the salon or spa, or delivery of a product for my face... their attention to detail is superb and their focus is always about the experience you as the customer receives. I love Harbour Day Spa!

I recently received a gift voucher for Harbour Day Spa from my husband however the printed out voucher had the wrong package listed. When I went in to redeem my voucher Elle at the front desk was super apologetic and I ended up paying a little bit extra for the Christmas in July package. I ended up chatting to Elle who was so knowledgeable and passionate about skincare and gave me some handy tips. Nicole was my massuese and she was absolutely amazing. Elle even provided me with a voucher for the confusion from the website. Fantastic value for money, amazing service and wonderful staff. 5 stars. Definitely 100% recommend.
