This morning I came in to get my lips fixed with Jasmine and she has done an amazing job!! Jasmine was extremely gentle very thorough I’m so incredibly happy with what she achieved today and can’t wait for the final result at my touch up in 2 weeks 🤗🤗

Amazing first experience getting fillers the staff were extremely friendly and answered all my questions and concerns in a very professional manner . Molly was superb did a fantastic job and is an asset to the clinic, in her words " it's pucker" loved her work the pricing is very competitive overall great experience would recommend going there of you want a friendly,professional and cost effective clinic.

I want to start with some good from injex Aspley. I had my eyebrows done here and they are honestly flawless. I can’t recommend them enough and my service for this treatment was great. Unfortunately, that’s where my good experience ends. I also got tear trough filler and lip filler. During my tear trough filler, Nurse Shannon hit two nerves in my face and I lost complete feeling in almost half of the right side of my face. I also lost some feeling in the left side of my face which recovered quickly, but I was told by my private doctor she hit the nerve on each side with varying degrees of severity which was also confirmed in my follow up with the owner. After some back and forth with the clinic, I ended up needing the filler dissolved and I was refunded for that ml of filler. I was told to wait 6 weeks and the feeling will come back. It’s now been 8 weeks and I still don’t have all the feeling back in my face. I have seen several doctors (all at my own cost) who told me they don’t even tell you this is a risk because it’s so rare, and quite frankly hard to stuff up that badly (and I wasn’t ever informed this was a risk). While management was quick to dissolve and refund (after they had me wait out the weekend to see if any improvement occurred), I have not heard from them since. No one has followed up to see how my face is. Even worse, they have been promoting nurse Shannon heavily on instagram since then so they clearly didn’t even insist she gets more training before continuing to inject. I have to say it feels pretty bad to have no feeling in half your face and see the person who did it be promoted. While I totally understand everyone has bad days at work, this is not acceptable, and neither is the lack of follow-up from injex. This is my very first filler experience and I will never do this again anywhere, I am seriously scarred from this experience. Please be extremely careful who you let near your face, and if you go to this clinic, do not get tear trough filler with Nurse Shannon.
