Money matters for them but not the service. Called by Shop before delivery to pay upfront even though I had paid more than 50% in advance but later got the delievery in bits and pieces. No communication from shop except for money in regard to delay in missing item. Everytime I have to call time and again asking for my product. No reply to emails either.Mind you I booked my system on 15th of dec 2019.

Adam (sales person) in the big picture south morang is good but the tradie he sends over to do the installation is one of the worst. Till date i am unable to understand why he cut a 10x10 cm holes in the cornes when a small 3x3 cm hole could have done the job. Also for reason beyond me, he cut 15x20 cm hole in ceiling when the same could have been done by 5x5 cm hole.nI deal with so many technicians everyday, he is definitely among the worst one i have encountered so far.

So far the best customer service for walk in and best prices on top end projectors especially Sony 4K projectors. You can't beat them, I have looked everywhere including online
