Went here to get a passport photo for newborn. I said good morning how are you to Rick, who fully ignored me. So I waited until a young gentleman named Callam came from behind to serve me. Snapped about a dozen pictures of newborn. The one he said was acceptable, I did not think it would pass. I asked him to take done more pictures.nCallam said if it does not meet requirements you can come back and we will take more pictures for free.nI said it defeats the purpose you mailing a passport away in the first place. Also they don’t stock the stickers required to put on the back of the passport if your sending a passport by post. Had to go to the post office to pick these up.nNo matter how much you spend, customers are customers and deserve customer service. Maybe if I was spending more money I would of got a hello??

Helpful staff. Stock diversity could do with a polish. More brands across different price points
