We have been satisfied customers with J B Hi F i for a number of years and always happy with the service provided from our Business and Personal point a view...Recently we had to return an item that was not compatible with our provider however, we meet Chris the acting store Manager who gave us the best customer service , so good too have this service.Once again we thank him and pass on our kind regards .

All the stuff were so friendly and helpful when I can in today with a broken Go Pro! Maddy helped me try and find my receipt for what felt like 30mins even when I said to not worry about it. And the lady (who I didn't get her name) who helped me out with my Go Pro. Even though my problem could not be fixed I left with a smile on my face! Thank you for making my day :)

Very less customer attention is provided. i Bought a smart phone from here recently, customer attendant was helping me out look for a good phone. and then soon there was another customer who wanted to make a bigger purchase. he left me on my own until i waited 25min to find someone to help me out. felt that was very rude and discriminating. Even after purchasing goods of worth $2000 i was not even provided with a bag.
